At first I selected a standard next day delivery but then later I notice that FedEx does not delivery saturday unless you select that option. I came back home in a hurry so worry and called you. I was hesitant about sending my passport and visa application, to an Embassy in DC, as it did not* answer its phones and did not* have voice mail. I worried that I would not be able to follow up on my visa application by phone, as I live out of state. Thus, I submitted my passport to your company as I wanted somebody I could get hold of on the phone in case I needed to. I submitted my online order on a Sunday, fedexed it on Monday, and received my passport with visa by Thursday.
